1Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the ANIMAL MATCH SCORE RUSH mobile application (the “App”). It describes the information accessed, collected, used, retained, and shared through the App. If a practice is not described in this Policy, it is not an intended data practice of the App.

2Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos, messages, payment information, browsing history, or advertising identifier.

The App may process a limited device or other identifier only when needed to check, deliver, validate, or support a product update and to maintain version compatibility. This identifier may be an app-scoped installation identifier or another platform-provided identifier used for this limited technical purpose.

We do not intentionally collect persistent identifiers such as IMEI, IMSI, SIM serial number, or hardware serial number for the App’s update function.

3How We Use Information

The limited identifier described above is used exclusively to help the App identify the applicable product version, determine whether an update is available, and support the secure and reliable delivery of product upgrades. It is not used to identify you personally.

4Advertising, Tracking, and Data Sharing

ANIMAL MATCH SCORE RUSH has no third-party advertising. We do not use advertising SDKs, sell information, rent information, share information with data brokers, or use data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not use the limited identifier for tracking. In this Policy, “tracking” means linking information collected from the App with information from other apps, websites, or offline properties for advertising or advertising-measurement purposes.

When you obtain or update the App through Google Play, Google may process information in accordance with Google’s own privacy terms to operate its platform and deliver updates. We do not receive your Google Account information from Google Play, and Google Play is not an advertising partner of the App.

5Data Storage, Security, and Retention

We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect the limited identifier used for update support. Where the identifier must be transmitted for an update-related request, the App is designed to use encrypted transport.

The identifier is processed only for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the applicable update, compatibility, or integrity operation. We do not maintain a user profile, account database, advertising profile, or long-term gameplay profile associated with the identifier.

6Your Choices and Requests

You may stop all App processing by uninstalling the App from your device. You may also control platform-level updates through the update settings available on your Android device or in Google Play.

If you have a privacy question or wish to request confirmation or deletion of any identifier retained by us in connection with an update-support request, please contact us using the email address below. We may ask for limited information necessary to locate and process your request.

7Children’s Privacy

The App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not offer user accounts and does not collect personal information, we do not knowingly maintain personal information about children. If you believe that personal information about a child has been provided to us, please contact us and we will review the request promptly.

8Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s data practices, features, or legal obligations change. When we make changes, we will post the updated version at the same public Privacy Policy URL and revise the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected in the App or through another appropriate notice where required.
